Our little friend Alex was diagnosed with a brain tumor on Tuesday April 16th, 2013.
I remember in 2010 his dad, Dan, told me, "I wish my son would come out to all the bike races with me." Then all of a sudden Alex started showing up and racing with his dad. Alex has been doing Cyclocross and Thursday Night road racing for the last couple years in Southern Oregon. Our whole community has had the chance to watch Alex get stronger and stronger, faster and faster. We all know he is strong enough to endure what is ahead of him.
