Hey OBRA -
I have a one bedroom apartment for rent on the top floor of my adorable
1912 home on 32nd Ave just south of Alberta. It's $825/mo, roughly 750 sq
ft, super close to New Seasons and all the fun on Alberta. It's a killer
location. The apartment is a bit quirky including a euro style bath/shower
but great for one person or a couple. Plus there is space in the garage
for storage and to work on bikes.
It's a rad house and the landlord (me!) lives on site.
