I have spent quite a bit of time helping fix some errors from this weekend's
race. I have some info for some of you.

The only person that can fix a result is the Chief Judge, their email is
linked at the very top of the webpage that has the results. You just need to
click on the name. Do not send the email to Kenji or to myself.

If you are sending a message to adjust the results you MUST include:

What race it is

What category your rode

WHAT YOUR NUMBER IS

What you perceive is the error.

It also helps to include what you may have been wearing, or who you were by.

You must report the error within 24 hours of the posting of results.

It really helps if you do not word it in a condescending or hostile manner
;-)

Remember that incorrectly placed numbers and/or not visible numbers (wrong
side, or hair blocking) can hamper the identification process. Look to see
if a number similar to yours was picked for the place you think you were.

Our judges work very hard, and would appreciate all the help you can give
them to get correct results.
