I have the following items for sale:

XTR Race brakeset, levers/calipers/new pads, used one season. $225
2012 Fox Talas 140/110mm, 26", standard QR, tapered steerer, cut for a
headtube that was 130mm, with an additional 2cm of spacers. The fork was
ridden ten times before I swapped it for something bigger. So smooth! $350

I also have a front wheel that could go with the fork, it's a Specialized
hub/rim (rim is 26mm wide I think), seals up tubeless super easy, and uses
the "oversized" end caps that Specialized claims stiffens the interface
between the fork and hub as well as, if not better than, a 15mm thru-axle.
I'm happy to draw pictures and talk about torque and friction with you
about it, if you like.
