Ever been riding down a completely deserted
residential street and roll up to a 4 way stop? What
do most of us do? Most likely-roll through without
making a complete stop. Anyone ever get a ticket for
doing just that? Were you happy?
The law is intended for use with some common sense.
Obviously I am not going to briefly yield and roll
through a 2 way stop crossing SE 39th during rush
hour; however, I do find the logic of cyclists
complaining about using too much energy to start and
stop laughable at best.
