Actually Bruce, this law makes common sense... legal! This is a good anti-law.In an informal, unscientific survey, only 10% of honest cyclists ALWAYS come to a complete stop at stop signs. http://www.skagitbicycleclub.org/survey/2So it's actually uncommon sense to ALWAYS stop!
