Hello OBRA!
So the reason for this email is that I am looking for a new place to live. The house I'm living in is being sold and I need to find a new place. Currently, I'm in North Portland. Ideally, I'd like to stay in this general area. I work in NW and bike commute most days, so closer in is better. But I'm not too picky on location.
I'd prefer to keep rent under $500, plus utilities. Less expensive is better, of course. Having lived in a house for a long time, I have a lot of stuff. I don't have to bring all of it with me, but I have plenty of stuff to help make a new place a bit nicer. I work full-time, in addition to being on OBRA Official, and always pay my bills on time.
If any of you can help me out, I'd really appreciate it. Let me know if you are looking for a roommate or know of anyone else who needs one. Ideally, I'd like to move in around July 1, but I do have some flexibility of that date. Email (dave@dmroth.com) is probably the easiest way to get in touch with me.
