Ben
Sram Force 10-speed shifters, aesthetically just ok, functionally great,
WHITE HOODS, like-new cable with White Gore housing- $150
Sram Force 10-speed rear derailleur, excellent all around, ceramic pulley
bearings - $80
Sram Force clamp-on front derailleur with 34.9 clamp - $40
These parts, I know, would drop multiple pounds off some of your bikes.
Everything was tuned up just before the Oregon Stampede, where it all
shifted great and still does. If you want the whole kit'n'kaboodle, feel
free make me an offer, and I will throw in a KMC S10sl 10-speed chain (akin
to SRAM RED level chain, has 140 miles on it).
The reason I am selling this stuff is that I plan to race single speed cx,
and need $ to build up a new rear wheel to do this, and obvs wont need a
10-speed group on my cx bike come cx season. This stuff has served me well,
but in the roadie world of always needing the latest and greatest, well,
10-speed is the new 9-speed, if ya know what I mean.
PS everything is still on my Kona, so if you're not familiar with SRAM, or
you want to test the stuff out, you can ride the bike around and get a feel
for it.
