Update for this weekend
Course is marked except for the 3 mile old paved climb so no freaking out
until you get to the top at 3 miles when the course turns left and
the markings come fast and furious
Some yellow ribbon has been placed in addition to the red stripped and
arrows. In addition yellow ribbon will indicate caution if a culvert or
drop in the road is present
Safety
We have an Emt on site and limited cell coverage so please be as cautious
as you get to know the course on the first lap and then see how things
progress
Day of reg is open from 9-10:30
No late fee for this event but please register to have enough food
Racing starts at 11
Parking will be locked down at 10:45 to allow the course to be safe and
secure
If you come later than 10:45 park and pay in the day use area and ride
your bike over to get
I will be calf marking you on your left calf with your cat and age group
This will allow others to stare at your legs and the weather looks good to
allow this
Please allow 40 minutes once you get to corvallis or 50 from Eugene and
please be careful on the curvy south fork road leading to the Alsea falls
recreation area
Good luck to all going for a OBRA xc champs title or a series win or both
See ya soon
Mike and family and friends
