A quick heads-up that the call-up list for Short Track race # 3 has been posted at

Starting this week, we will do priority call-ups for the top 5 racers in the series standings for each category.

Also a reminder that tomorrow we're hosting a special "School's Out!" Junior & Newbie Short Track Night.

Junior racers will race for just $10. Adult newbies (who've never raced a Portland Short Track Series race before) will pay $15 ($10 off the regular day-of-race fee). And to top it off, OBRA will waive the $5 single-day OBRA license fee for any new riders AND we'll raffle off some cool prizes among all new racers!

So if you never raced the Portland Short Track Series before, or have any friends who you think should give it a shot, tomorrow's the night!

Like every week, we'll host FREE clinics for juniors and novice racers from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. And for the little ones, Camas Bike & Sports and their bike team will host FREE kiddie races (start at 5:30pm in the grassy area under the trees). This week, they also plan to bring out some skinnies, that kids will be able to ride on after their race.
