Hats off to Mike and family for putting on a great MTB Championships. The
Alsea Falls area is great venue. And will get better and better as more
trails go in. For you roadies out there the Corvallis to Alsea Falls loop is
truly one of the best rides in the valley. Check it out sometime. Alsea
Falls Loop

The MTB Championship course was challenging and fun. The organization,
scoring, post-race food, and awards were excellent. Thank you Mel for
getting the results out so fast!

The calf numbers worked surprisingly well. Easy to read. Motivating when you
could hang with folks on that 1,000 ft climb (know their CAT/Age), and of
course life force sapping when those crazy fast Juniors flew past.

A good day all around. Thanks Mike for doing what you do!
