I'm looking for a roommate to move in October 01. It's a single-family home in the heart of Laurelhurst. Literally around the corner from Crank, Crema, restaurant row, the park, etc.
One bedroom (unfurnished) available. The rest of the home is shared space. Back deck looks out to a wonderful garden that is maintained by the owner. There is a workshop that we could negotiate sharing. Plenty of room for bikes, but not a ton of storage space otherwise. Soft wood floors, fresh paint, and lots of natural light.
