Late 80s Tubular rear wheel

Because there are a few of us vintage types here, I'm looking for some bits to rebuild my college bike. Late 70s Italian.

Highest on my list at the moment:

campy hubs or complete wheels with such. Ideally, high-flange would be cool, but really vintage is more critical. No desire (ir budget) for carbon hubs on this bike, for sure!

Italian thread Campy BB cups. Complete square-taper BB doable, but no super-record unobtanium axles.

Cinelli or 3T bars and gooseneck stem. I finally got the frame repainted now it would look funny with my original Nitto bars/stem. I know, but I was in college, had time but zero money!
