You all did so well with your recommendation for a realtor that I'm turning to you now for some more references. Looking for both an electrician and a plumber for work in our new house.

Electrician to install a new panel, plus run some circuits for a central air conditioner and basement studio build out.

Plumber to install both drain and supply lines for the studio build-out, including a new shower drain line to be cut into the basement floor slab.

Any electricians or plumbers out there in OBRA land? I like to keep it in the family.
