Storage shed as well as garage, tons of space for bikes/storage/workspace, etc.

Live with two awesome dudes, one a UO M.Arch grad of 2012, the other a bike racer/tofu maker/vegan/ohio boy who moved here in May this year.
Things we like: Grills, bikes, beers, camping trips, bikes, architecture (?), food, cookouts, bonfires. Let's face it, it's gonna be a rad spot to live.

Ainsworth, 10-15 minute walk to Max Yellow Line, 3 blocks from Bus 35 to downtown, 25-30 minute bike to downtown, great neighborhood, walk to food/bars on Killingsworth, Rosa Parks, or just frequent the Barlow Tavern (not that we do that, three blocks away..) 15ish minute walk to New Seasons, 10 to plaid pantry or 7/11 for beer runs, just in case

My name is Dan, I bought a house and am moving literally down the street cause I love the neighborhood and location. I need someone to take my room. We're on a month to month lease, so no long commitment necessary. You'll have to fill out an application with the landlord so it officially goes through them, but you'll be added month to month as well. Rent is $1295/mo, $432/person, plus utilities. Electric, gas, cable/internet, water, trash all set up already. I'm moving out in the next week so you're free to move in soon, pending landlord approval.
