Hey Everyone,
I saw some questionable folks with a Scott road bike walking along Nato parkway today at around 2 P.M. near the broadway bridge. One of them was pushing the bike. I just glanced at it but it was black with white and gray graphics. It looked to have a shimano groupo on it. It was two males and a heavier female and they were headed South. I hate to profile but they did not look like the type of people that would have a bike like this.
