Thanks to Ernie and his crew for not only putting on OUCH for another year, but for busting his butt at the last minute by changing his race to the uphill champ race and a TT cup race. It's always fun to watch the promoters scramble before a big race but this is over the top (no pun intended.)
So for all you racers that have no idea what the headaches are with putting on a race, please pre-register.

Hello everyone and once again, thank you for all your help and support!!! We are OBRA.

* This is the 2013 Uphill TT championship event - OBRA categories (with one exception below) will be used. All OBRA rules apply.
* This is an Oregon TT Cup event - A Senior 19+ Men's and Women's Eddy category has been added to the registration page. All TT cup season rules apply. Oregon TT cup contenders MUST pre-register in order to be listed in reverse starting order within your category.
* Because Larch Mtn tries to help out last minute riders - we have allowed Day-Of-Registration on a first-come-first-serve basis. Because of the last minute changes we will be doing that again. HOWEVER, we strongly encourage everyone to please pre-register to save us all time and effort and to ensure you are riding in your group.
* Pre-registered riders do NOT have to sign/check in. Register on-line, wait for the posting of the starting lists, then show up as your ritual dictates. Reduce your worry, reduce your stress.
* Trailhead coffee is once again offering our raffle prizes at the finish along with the traditional OUCH water bottle and finishers medal. You may not be the champion, but everyone can be a winner.
* We are working out the details but planning to have the awards at the finish area with the officials rather than waiting at the start for them to return. Pre-register and race with your peers. Save time, effort, and money.
* A preliminary starting list will be posted beginning Tuesday or Wednesday.
* Unlike the lottery you cannot register often, but you can - register early.
