Charles Warner
This is the fourth year for this race at this location and we are excited
to host the OBRA Criterium Championships. While the Franz Bakery is very
supportive of this event, please keep in mind that this area is a major
production facility for them and they are adjusting their schedule and
truck routes to accommodate this special event. Please be courteous to all
bakery employees and cooperate when asked. We look forward to hosting this
event for several years in the future.

pre-registration.

*Course Report*
The course is 1.13km long, features 8-corners and 40’ of vertical
climbing. Corners 3, 4 and 5 form a quick “S” type turn that sweeps
downhill. The roads are wide and the pavement is excellent. After corner
5, the descent is shallow before corner 6 where the course changes to a
shallow climb. There is a new turn 7 and 8. We turn at NE 8th instead of
NE 9th. At corner 7, the road goes upward in a modest hill toward corner 8
and the finish straight. The finish line will be a two block dash from
corner 8.
The new sections of road have a few rough spots, but nothing major.
The only questionable road is NE 11th between Flanders and Glisan. The
pavement is cracked in several locations, but certainly rideable. In
corner one, the race course will narrow to accommodate working vehicles
parked by Franz Bakery and one by another local business. Other than that,
the course is wide streets and good pavement.
*Volunteers*
Help is still needed with set-up and tear down. Please contact Charlie@

begins immediately following the event.

registered riders (limit 1 at $10) and $15 for non-participants.
This event is a Omnium Event Production.
