Hey all. A non cycling friend of mine found a bicycle in a park that appeared to be stolen. Here is the info he provided my too pass along.
The bike that I found in the park was a black Surly Cross Check. It may be 22" or more. Taller than I could ride comfortably.
Serial#: M11090766.
The Milwaukie Police have it. Their non-emergency number is: 503-786-7400.
