So as the road season winds down and I'm getting my cx bike ready, there is one more TT cup race.  Wildcat Mtn is this Sunday.

Last year was the first year for this race but I missed it.  I've heard that this is a great uphill TT for all styles of climbers.  I believe that it's 11.5 mi with 2k feet of climbing.  Most of the grade is like at 4-5% but it does have a 9-10% section but it also has some fast flats.  It's almost like all the TT races combined into 1.

There is only pre-registration for this race so that the promoter can produce a top notch start list and pre-reg closes midnight Friday.  

I see that Steve just sent out a posting about this race, I just thought that I'd do the same.  I'd hate to see such a great race cancelled due to low numbers.  So don't put away your road bikes yet and come out for one more.

Then the following weekend we can play on the dirt at David Douglas #1.
