Congratulations to Dean on his second national TT championship!! Dean had
an incredible duel with Ron Wagner (Wagner finished 3rd). He and Ron
actually passed each other five different times! Dean won over Francois
Meatens by only .946 seconds! I believe Dean's last national TT
championship was 1990 in San Diego.
