greetings OBRA, As I mentioned before I am an attorney who represents kids in foster care in the Tillamook area. Last year I was able to get a bike for a child and this year I'm trying again. This year I'm also organizing some group rides with another lawyer and the local CASA volunteer. I am hoping to get these kids exposed to outdoor sports other than what the Tillamook foster families usually participate in. So... I'm looking for a 26 inch wheeled bike for a 15 year old boy who is 5' 6" and growing fast. A hardtail would be fine.
