Hi All,

Tonight is the last of the Hosmer Chiropractic CX Clinics! We will be hosting the clinic rain or shine! We reserve the right to cancel if we feel it is unsafe due to lightning, but otherwise we'll be riding through it all. It'll actually be a great opportunity to practice riding in the rain - cause that's probably what you're going to be doing a lot of during the CX season.

The clinic starts at 6pm and will run till about 8:00. We do a short foam rolling session after the clinic, which some times runs a bit later than 8, so make sure to bring your lights for the ride home, because it's getting dark earlier every day!

Even if you didn't make it to the first two clinics, we will still be able to cover beginners skills to make sure everyone gets the help they need. See you there tonight, meeting at 1030 NW Marshall. If you are running a bit late, please still come and join the fun. You won't want to miss the fun skillz we have on the docket for tonight!
