William Laubernds
Another season of Monday PIR has come to a close. Thanks to all the racers
that came out all summer long!
Monday PIR continues to have great outreach to new racers with the free
beginner clinics presented by Upper Echelon Fitness and Rehabilitation and
our Novice only category. Also, with the help of Let's Race Bikes, we saw
some of our largest women turn-outs in the past two year this season. We
hope to continue that trend next season as well!
Results for the August series have been finalized and are posted on OBRA:
http://obra.org/events/22220/results
If you were in the top three in the men's or women's 1/2/3 or 4/5 field, we
have prizes waiting for you. If you were first, we have a leaders jersey
for you. Jerseys and prizes can be collected at Upper Echelon Fitness and
Rehabilitation in NW for the next two weeks.
A huge thanks to this years sponsors for making this season possible.
Prizes, jerseys, and gift certificates were generously donated by River
City Bikes, Castelli, Laurelwood Brewing Company, and Upper Echelon Fitness
and Rehabilitation.
Please make sure to thank these businesses for making races like these
and the OBRA calendar possible. For more information, please refer to
our website: http://www.racemondaynight.com/sponsors/
Also, a huge thanks to our OBRA officials that came out each week. Such a
great crew and community to work with!
Thanks for all the support!
