Hey everyone, I had several people email last week about Intervals at PACE, during the Blind Date races we are changing nights from Wednesday to Tuesday nights.....As soon as the Blind Date races are over we will be back to Wednesday through the winter and spring until the Tabor races start up again....

Set up/warm up....5:45PM, start time, 6:15, typically we are done around 7:30PM.....
I do have a few loaner trainers/rollers, but a good idea to have your own....
We have everything else you need, water, towels, shower if you need it etc....
Cost is 8.00 walk in.....or you can pay by the month...28.00
