Hi All,

My oldest son graduated from college in June and has accepted a position which will require him to relocate to the Eugene/Springfield area in six weeks or so. Our knowledge of the area is limited as it relates to good places to live and the rental market. He's probably looking for a small apartment to start out. Can any of you Eugene/Springfield OBRA members give us some input? Suggestions? Warnings? Links? He doesn't have to be in town proper.

Any help is appreciated. Please reply off-list.
