I'm going to be a full time science student this year and seeking modest
accommodations, maybe in yours or your friend's basement or spare room.
For our purposes, "modest" means inexpensive and or simple. I am a bicycle
rider, but not much of a racer this year. I have money as well as
gardening,carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, if that matters to
