Zandercross was more fun this year although I have to say last year made me remember bucking hay.....one the tractor trailer started moving and the bails kept coming............you had no choice but to keep bucking. It was great however this year. You are correct Thom.
I do have to say I was surprised to see Tonkin at the top spot for A race. When I finally got cold (soaking wet after helping with kiddie race) and decided to leave, he was helping future superstar Gus Tonkin finish the kiddie race and still wearing jeans from mechanical tent work. The junior race was on bell lap and all the other A racers were nearing the end of their warm-up regimen. I guess that is why the series is named after him.
I bet Psycho was a great race as well. They put on a good race. They also go to host the first race of Big Junior Series!
Great job promoters, sponsors, racers and obra.

Great job to the Rebound/Tireless Velo team for Zaandercross yesterday. The new-ish course was a lot of fun. Most of all, thank you for trimming back that sand run from "ridiculous" to merely "very hard." The new whoop dee doo section in the grass was also very exciting. After last year, I wasn't sure I'd do this race again. But now I'll definitely come back.
