That's just pure class right there.

I heard some pretty gnarly language last night during the C and C+ race.
Some racers were cussing and complaining about lines. Somebody said "shut
the f up and just pass me". That's inside voice stuff coming out when you're
on the last lap and in pain. I totally get it. We can't always stay classy.
We're not in San Diego, it's practically impossible!

But wrecking a dude and then making note of his number and helping
out....just rad!

This apology goes out to Michael Horwitz (C+ 770) who I unintentionally bumped, resulting in you crashing at the finish of the C+ Blind Date race last night. I cant begin to express how sorry I am. I was racing with a group on the last lap that resulted in a sprint for the finish line. As I crossed the line, one of the racers blew by me and veered into the line I was holding, leaving me trapped in-between the two of you and I bumped your handle bar. Regardless of how it happen, I was the one that took you out and I take full responsibility.

Please contact me to let me know how you are doing. It appeared that you suffered a wrist and shoulder injury and I want to make sure you are okay. Also, was there any damage to your bike? I would like to help out any way I can. Please contact me at murph-3-comcast.net to let me know how you are doing. At the very least, I would like to buy you a 12 pack of you favorite beer.

Sincerely,

Mike Murphy
