It is time to get serious about switching gears and getting into off-season training mode. Computerized power cycling classes will start on Monday, October 7th. This is the best way to improve your power and recharge your system for the 2014 road season. Experts agree that you should have 2 high intensity workouts weekly. Although you may be spending long hours in the saddle this winter, that does not get the job done. Train smarter, not harder!

These are neither spin classes nor group sessions on rollers while watching cycling videos. This is the real deal! Classes are limited to 6 riders so you get personal attention, with a focus on correct biomechanics and power targeted training. A side benefit is that you will receive power testing and have the ability to measure your progress.

Classes are conducted at the Fit4ever Wellness Studio in NW Portland... Easy to get to either by bike or car, with plenty of free parking. Currently the choices are Monday and Wednesday morning at 6:00 AM, or Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM. The Thursday evening class is already filled...

Cost is based on participation, 10 classes for $230 or 20 classes for $400. We do accept credit cards as well as personal checks. To reserve your space, simply contact me via email or phone.
